A game, not a broker.

Vela is a chart-reading game. The demo account is virtual money and has no value at all: it goes up and down with your calls to teach, and it can't be topped up, withdrawn or turned into anything. Nothing Vela teaches is financial advice or a recommendation to trade.

Leaderboards

Friends and global leaderboards are run by Game Center. Your country's ranking is published by Vela only if you turn it on, with a name you pick from two fixed lists (a market term and a trait) and your avatar: no text written by players appears in it.

Market data

The candles in Market mode are public data from Kraken and Coinbase, with the outcome already known, and are used only to play. They may have gaps or delays; Vela doesn't guarantee their accuracy or offer them for trading.

Licence

Use of the app is governed by Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement.
